Details and Detail Kits

Can items be shipped?

Details and deflated detail kits can be shipped. Detail kits that are inflated require pick up. 

Can items be returned?

Please contact tasch@vantedesigns.com with any issues with your order. All items are made to order and are unlikely to be accepted for return. 

How long does it take for my details to ship?

All details and kits are made to order and will be shipped out within 1-5 business days.

Can I change my preferences?

If you would like to make any changes please contact tasch@vantedesigns.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes but there are no guarantees.

I ordered a custom product, can I see a mock up before it is made?

Of course! We want to make sure everything is to your liking. Please email tasch@vantedesigns.com or indicate in your preference form that you would like a preview!

 

Nibble Boxes

When can I order a nibbles box?

Dates will be released on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month (for example. On March 15th, you will be able to select a date to the end of April). 

My date isn’t available! Can you squeeze me in?

Please contact tasch@vantedesigns.com if your date is not available. We will do our best to accommodate your request but no guarantees!

Can Nibble Boxes be shipped?

Nibble boxes can be picked up or delivered for a $10 delivery fee. Delivery available for Vancouver / UBC / North Vancouver / West Vancouver.

Can Nibble Boxes be returned?

Nope! Please be sure when you are placing your order.

How long do I have to eat my Nibbles Box?

Nibble boxes should be refrigerated and consumed the same day. If you choose to wait more than a day (at your own discretion), we suggest removing the crackers so they don’t get soggy!

I have allergies, are these safe for me to eat?

Nibble boxes contain dairy and meat products. Some boxes may contain nut products. Please consume at your discretion. 

Can I customize the order and ingredients?

What size box should I get?

That really depends on you and your crew! We have put suggested group sizes but feel free to contact tasch@vantedesigns.com if you need any help deciding. 

Will the Nibble Boxes always look exactly as pictured?

Nope! Layouts and ingredients may change depending on what is available, who is making your box and if there are any special requests.

What type of events do you plan for?

Anything from date night to paint night and picnics! Please browse our planning and #vantediaries for ideas or reach out to tasch@vantedesigns.com if there is something specific you are looking for. 

Does Vante guarantee they will accept any event?

Planning requests are taken on a case by case basis.

How much will it cost me?

This is also, case by case.

How far in advance should I put in my planning request?

ASAP! We will always do our best to accommodate your requests but the more time the better :)
